Easy Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding
This simple Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding transforms leftover brioche into the ultimate comfort dessert. Combining rich bread pudding with sweet peach cobbler flavors, this easy recipe serves 6-8 people in just 45 minutes. Easy enough for kids to make also!

Bake in individual ramekins (affiliate link) or one large dish at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla glaze or whipped cream for the perfect finishing touch.
Ingredients - this recipe yields 6 to 8
1 loaf brioche bread, cubed
3 eggs
2 cups whole milk
2 cups canned peaches (drained and chopped)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, spices, vanilla, and salt.
Pour over bread cubes in mixing bowl. Stir in chopped peaches.
Let soak 10–15 min.
Pour into greased containers, drizzle butter on top.
Bake at 350°F for 30–35 min until golden.
Optional: Finish with a vanilla glaze or whipped cream.
